Chef Kemi knows gourmet food (especially how to top off the perfect meal with a decadent desert). As a second generation formally trained cullinary artist who studied in the United Kingdom (UK), Kemi grew up eating the delacacies of her mom - also a UK trained chef.  Needless to say, Kemi's discerning palate and skills were developed from her youth.

The combination of her cullinary training, parental mentoring, and over two decades working in catering and kitchens around the world has solidified her uncompromising commitment to use only the freshest regional ingredients and techniques available - combining them in perfect harmony to bring out the greatest flavor possible. Rest assured, no corners are cut when Chef Kemi is cooking.
